The AcademicWorks Conference is one of the largest annual gatherings of scholarship administrators in the country and offers a unique opportunity for clients to interact with the AcademicWorks Team and peers from colleges, universities, and foundations across the country! During the conference, AcademicWorks provides insight into the best ways to optimize AcademicWorks, reviews recent functional enhancements, hosts customers round-table discussions, and previews upcoming features.
The Customer Community allows AcademicWorks users to easily exchange ideas and best practices with other AcademicWorks customers. Users can login to the Customer Community using their AcademicWorks Help Desk credentials. Upon login they can post questions, submit responses, search archives and even register to receive posts via email.
