AcademicWorks is based as much on our outstanding service and support as it is on our innovative products. Our dedicated Client Service team is available to answer questions, make best practice suggestions, and provide you with the training resources you need to continually improve your experience with the AcademicWorks Platform.

Client Services

AcademicWorks offers technical support as part of our annual service fee. Clients can contact our friendly and knowledgeable Client Services Team via phone or email during normal support hours.

Client Services Portal

This intuitive online resource provides access to a knowledge base of commonly asked questions, recorded training sessions, training materials, and account updates. Administrators can easily access the Client Services Portal directly through the AcademicWorks system.

Training Resources

AcademicWorks provides a wide array of training resources for administrators and reviewers. Clients can access pre-recorded training videos covering virtually every administrative aspect of the system. AcademicWorks also conducts periodic web trainings for administrators. And we offer custom training options upon request.

Cycle Management

Each year, our Client Services Team conducts a cycle management review where they consult with you on your upcoming scholarship cycle. Our Client Services Team will use this opportunity to consult with you and make suggestions on any new functionality that may be appropriate for your campus or foundation.

Client Conference

Our Annual Client Conference is one of the largest gatherings of scholarship administrators in the world! It is a great opportunity to share ideas, discuss best practices, and learn about AcademicWorks upcoming enhancements!
